Nick Mehta joined F5’s Board in 2019. Mr. Mehta previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Gainsight, transitioning to a Board Member and Special Advisor to the CEO in August 2025. Prior, he served as Chief Executive Officer of LiveOffice, which was acquired by Symantec in January 2012. Before joining LiveOffice, Mr. Mehta served in several product management and engineering leadership roles at Symantec. Mr. Mehta also serves on the board of PubMatic, Inc. He holds a B.A. in Biochemical Sciences from Harvard College and an M.S. in Computer Science from Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
